The Ministry Of Education has refuted claims by some persons that teacher and nurse trainees allowances have been canceled by the Government of Ghana.

According to the Ministry Of Education,
writers are circulating fabricated news to misinform the public regarding the cancellation of teacher and nurse trainees allowances.

However, the Ministry of Education wishes to inform the general public, especially teacher trainees in all public accredited Colleges Of Education that the Government of Ghana will continue to pay teacher and nursing trainee allowances to alleviate the sufferings of trainees.

The Ministry of Education has not engaged in any consultations whatsoever regarding the cancellation of the teacher and nurse trainees allowances.

CONCLUSION
