How to check SIMs linked to your Ghana Card
The National Communications Authority (NCA) has announced the procedures for checking the number of SIMs linked to your Ghana Card.
The Authority, NCA has today, 1st May, 2023 disclosed the shortcode meant for checking all linked SIMs to your Ghana Card and how to delink unknown SIMs appropriately.
Step to check SIMs linked to your Ghana Card
STEP 1
Dial the shortcode *402*1# on all networks and wait for a prompt.
STEP 2
A prompt will appear and request for your Ghana Card Personal Identification Number (PIN).
NB: You MUST enter the letters and figures without hyphens for verification.
STEP 3
After step 2 above, the next action is to provide your Date of Birth in this order (Day/Month/Year)
Eg: 31011909
STEP 4
Finally, you will receive an SMS after verification.
Sms content: A list of mobile numbers linked to your Ghana Card including the corresponding networks will be displayed.

HOW/WHERE TO REQUEST FOR DELINK OF UNKNOWN NUMBERS
Check through the message content carefully. If all numbers are known to you, ignore any action afterward.
In a case where you identify any unknown mobile number(s) linked to your Ghana Card, kindly take a swift action by requesting for a delink of the/those number(s).
The agency that can delink the number(s) is your Service Provider.
