ACCRA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION HOLDS SEMI-VIRTUAL GRADUATION
The Management of Accra College of Education On the 8th of May 2021, held their 12th Congregation.
The congregation saw the graduation and certification of 613 students of 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 batches with 2 organized students obtaining First Class, 118 seconds Class Upper, 58 Third Class, and 44 pass.

Graduands were allowed to register for the congregation. Those who were unable to register had to stay at home and join by virtual means. Guests and parents of graduands were not allowed into the auditorium but were provided with a screen outside to also partake in the congregation
Addressing the congregation virtually, the Minister of Education, Honorable Yaw Adutwum congratulated graduands and urged them to take their education standard to the next level.
According to the Management of the College, this year’s graduation ceremony was organized virtually to minimize the impact of covid-19 in the country.
The Principal of the College Dr.Awinkene Atintono stated that the new graduates are the last batch of the Diploma in the Basic program since Colleges is now offering Bachelor of Education Programs with specialization in JHS Education, Primary Education, and Early Childhood Education.
