KNUST GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION INTO Undergraduate Degree Programmes in the Colleges:

Applicants:WASSCE/SSSCE

An applicant for admission to a degree Programme in the KNUST must have credits in the three (3) WASSCE/SSSCE Core Subjects (English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science), and credits in three (3) WASSCE/SSSCE
Elective Subjects or its equivalent relevant to the chosen Programme with aggregate 24 or better (WASSCE: A1- C6/SSSCE A-D)

GENERAL BUSINESS CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (GBCE)

All applicants should pass in three (3) compulsory Subjects. They are: English Language and passes in three (3) Elective Subjects including Business Mathematics.

For ADVANCED LEVEL/MATURE:

All applicants should have five (5) credits at the GCE O’ Level. It must include English Language and Mathematics/ an equivalent approved subject with passes in at least three (3) subjects at the ‘A’ Level/three (3) credits in the case of mature applicants.

ADVANCED BUSINESS CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (ABCE)

All applicants should pass in three (3) compulsory Subjects with three (3) Optional Subjects which are relevant to the Programme your want to offer.
