The demand for secondary education has increased as a result of high completion rates at the Junior high School level. In response to this, several new public schools have been provided, whilst facilities in existing schools have been upgraded.
Trends in school placement from the Computer Schools Selection and Placement System (CSSPS)
indicate some disparity in the selection of schools. Students overwhelmingly choose the popular but few traditionally high-performing schools thereby leading to oversubscription of these schools. Many schools that have significantly improved in recent years remain unknown and undersubscribed. We believe that this anomaly is partly due to the lack of information available to students and parents.

DESCRIPTION

Kwarteng Ankomah Senior High is found in the Brong Ahafo region, 4kilometerss from Techiman and 104 kilometers from Kumasi. It is on the Techiman highway
to Kumasi which makes it a unique one because of its strategic location. The School was absorbed by the Ghana Education Service to operate as a public
school on 1st September 2015.

VISION

To be a leader in the provision of equal education to the youth in Ghana and to prepare them socially and morally to be responsible adults in society.

MISSION

Our mission is to honorably serve the need of the community by providing superior services to students
in this rapidly changing society thereby developing their skills, creativity, values and ensuring that each student is giving equal opportunity to develop their
