Teacher Trainee’s 2022/2023 allowance approved by government -Education Minister discloses
Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, the Education Minister has disclosed that the government of Ghana has approved the 2022/2023 Teacher Trainees allowance.
He out-let this information at the 14th graduation ceremony of Wiawso College of Education.
Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum stated that his office has secured funds amounting to GH¢ 214,913,000.00 for allowance.
Update On Payment Of Teacher Trainees Allowance June 2023
The minister’s speech was read by the Deputy Director in charge of Tertiary Education, Dr. Yayeria Dzakadzie. The speech shade light on the government’s commitment to supporting the education sector as deeply as they can.
Further, the speech touched on how the government recognized the critical role teachers play in shaping the country’s future. Also, prioritization and supporting the development of future educators for the country were not excluded.
