TTAG Gives New Update On Teacher Trainees Allowance
The Leadership of the Volta Sector of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana has addressed issues relating to the payment of teacher trainees’ allowances and refund of feeding components.

TTAG Volta led by Mr. Stanley Ekissi met during the weekend and discussed issues on the trainee’s allowance, feeding components, and other matters.
Teacher Trainees Allowance
Many civil society organizations have been calling on the government to cancel the payment of teacher trainees allowance and other social intervention programs to resolve the economic challenges that the country is currently facing.
However, further engagement by the President of TTAG with the management of the Student Loan Trust Fund has revealed that SLTF will make payment when the fund meant for disbursement is supplied to their office by the government.
Feeding Components Of Trainees Allowance
Speaking on the feeding component, the Dimbie Led Administration fought for a refund of it, and in line with the refund, local Teacher Trainees Association Of Ghana Presidents were tasked to fight for the appropriate money to be refunded.
