Ministry of Education PRO Reveals the date For Payment Of Trainees Allowance
The Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education, Mr.Kwasi Kwarteng has finally revealed the date for payment of trainees allowances.
The PRO Of the Ministry of Education in an interview with Nhyira Fm, a Kumasi-based radio station monitored by Skynewsgh.com disclosed that allowance will be paid in September.
According to Him, Teacher Trainees in the 46 Colleges of Education will receive their allowances in full in September 2021.
“As for the feeding components, we are going to meet the trainees to find a solution to the problem.”

It will be recalled that the National Conference of local TTAG President in a joint press release with the Presidents Of Colleges of Education(PRESCOF) stated categorically that teacher trainees in the 46 Government Colleges of Education will embark on a demonstration over their unpaid allowances for several months.
The demonstration which takes the form of Hastings on major social media platforms I.e Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter, etc seems to bring a positive result to trainees as Government officials have started responding to the cries of trainers.
