The Management of Akatsi College of Education has suspended all Provisional SRC activities.
The management of the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) in a letter dated May 11, 2021, to all tertiary institutions indicates that all CoViD-19 protocols should be strictly adhered to.

The College in a Press Statement intercepted by Skynewsgh.com and Signed by the Vice- Principal of the College indicates that in line with this directive, management of the College requests that all SRC activities scheduled from May 29, 2021, to July 7, 2021, be put on hold until further consideration.
