The management of the Ghana Education Service has officially announced the release of appointment letters for newly trained teachers to teach at the various levels of basic schools across the country.

GES in a press dated 10th April 2023 signed by the MS, Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah announced the release of the appointment letters.

Management of Ghana Education Service (GES) wishes to inform the general public of the release of the list of successful applicants during our just-ended recruitment process.

How To Check GES Appointment Letters

All successful applicants should follow these steps to check their appointment letters

1: Visit the Ghana Education Service official recruitment portal via the link https://gespromotions.gov.ggh

  1. Click on the CoE Appointments tab at the far end
  2. Enter your Index Number and
    Your eVoucher Card number is in the space
  3. Click on Submit, (please note the reset button is not working).
  4. Wait and download their appointment letters (a fee of 10gh applies).

Successful applicants are to proceed to their respective Regional Education Directorates with their Ghana Card and other necessary documents for further posting directives and verification.
