Sky News GhConfirmed: Teacher Trainees Receive Good News On Feeding Component
Teacher Trainees across the 46 Public Colleges of Education have been wondering whether PRINCOF will pay the feeding component owed to them.
The Principal of Wiawso College of Education, Dr. Emmanuel Cassamar has stated emphatically that the feeding component will be refunded to trainees at the due time.
The Principal disclosed this when the Student Representative Council(SRC) paid a visit to him to update the SRC on issues concerning the reopening date and Provisional fees for trainees.
It will be recalled that the Minister of Education, not too long ago, has instructed the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) to withhold the payment of the feeding component to PRINCOF pending the final decision to be taken soon.
