GES Announces Mid-Semester Break For All SHS/SHTS Students
The Ghana Education Service(GES) has announced a Mid-semester break for SHS/SHTS students. The GES Deputy Director-General, Dr. Kwabena Bempah Tandoh signed an official letter to insist various regional directors inform their various Senior High Schools(SHSs) and Senior High Technical Schools(SHTSs) heads on the coming mid-semester break.

Update On UCC Admissions For 2022 Applicants
The scheduled mid-semester break begins on 2nd June 2023 and ends on the 9th of June 2023. It is just 8 days break.
He also added that, while the break should be observed, individual schools who wish to have their final year students remain in school to continue for the upcoming WASSCE are permitted to do so. Also, he gave the green light to other nonfinal year students who wish to stay in the school to go ahead during the mid-semester break.
