The management of the Ghana Education Service and the Controller and Accountants’ Generals Department has officially announced the biometric registration dates and venues for newly posted teachers.

All newly trained teachers are mandated by labour laws to get a staff Identification Number(ID) through a biometric registration process to start receiving their salaries from the government payroll.

The management of the Ghana Education Service says that biometric registration for newly trained teachers will start from 27th June to 12th June 2022 .

GES Biometric Registration Venue

The Ghana Education Service 2022 biometric registration for newly trained teachers will take place at GNAT regional offices across all the administrative regions in Ghana.

However, the Venue for the biometric registration for the Greater Accra region will take place at the Ministry of Finance Headquarters.
