Ghana Immigration Service designed web is used as a portal for recruitments. The portal is friendly and easy to use.

Purchase an application form or voucher at any of the branches of GCB Bank PLC at GH¢100

Your voucher contains a PIN or TOKEN which will enable you to log in to the portal.

After logging in to the Ghana Immigration Service portal

Choose the option New applicant and proceed.

The next item is the key to your voucher token or PIN

Select Get Started on the portal. A field will appear for your to fill.
Make sure you fill all the provided fields there, carefully go through for mistakes and SUBMIT the form.

You are required to print the document after submission.

The Next Phase is in 4 STEPS

NB: After every step, click the Save and Continue button. It will automatically display the next step.

STEP 1: PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your name, E-mail address, Residence address, Birth Certificate number, Date of birth, height, Digital address, weight, etc. Also, a field is provided to upload a passport picture and choose your screening region.

STEP 2: FAMILY INFORMATION

You MUST provide details of your parents or guardian with their corresponding phone numbers and click (Alive) the button at the far right end if they are alive.

STEP3: EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

Here, educational levels are displayed at the top ( BECE, WASSCE, Tertiary, Others, NSS)

Select them one after the other and enter the required information.

Step 4 PREVIEW

Due to errors, you are allowed at this step too through the fields carefully before submitting finally.

The last step. STEP5: DECLARATION

Save all. Save As PDF/ PRINT.

LATER, you will receive an e-mail or message if you are qualified. Only the shortlisted applicants will be notified afterward for screening.
