PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO DO A 4-YEAR B. ED PROGRAMME IN (E.G MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE) AT (E.G WESLEY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION)

I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered a place at Wesley College of Education, Kumasi to begin a Degree
Program as per the following details:
Program: BED. MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE (JHS)

Duration: Four (4) Years
Effective Date: 8th January 2022.
• MEDICAL EXAMINATION:
Your admission depends on passing a medical examination to be conducted by the College Medical Doctor before Matriculation. You are also requested to come with a chest x-ray from a recognized medical laboratory.
• NHIS CARD: On health grounds, you are to obtain a National Health Insurance Card before reporting to college.
This will be inspected on arrival.
• COVID – 19 CARD: You are to produce your COVID-19 vaccination card before their admission can be validated.

• RESULT CONFIRMATION
: Provide the following items for results confirmation (Birth Certificate, WASSCE
Certificate (all sittings ) any valid National ID Card)
• KIT: A kit list for students is attached. This will be inspected on arrival and from time to time. You are expected to
bring along all the prescribed kits on the list provided.

• HALL OF RESIDENCE:
The Senior Hall Master/Mistress will issue you with a chit indicating you have satisfied the
KIT requirements. This will allow you to be assigned to a hall of residence.

Reporting Date and Time: 8th January 2022.
• ACCEPTANCE FORM:
If you accept the offer, kindly complete SECTION A of the attached Acceptance form.
SECTION B is to be completed by your parent/guardian. The completed Acceptance form should be submitted to the College Secretary’s Office.
