The management of the Ghana Education Service has officially announced the actual reopening date for basic schools in Ghana.

The authorities of the Ghana Education Service in a press release dated 12th January 2022 said the Minister Of Education has approved the reopening date for Junior High and Primary schools in Ghana.

According to GES, Junior High Schools, Primary and Kindergarten will officially reopen on Tuesday, 18th January 2022 to begin the 2022 academic activities.

The full calendar for the 2022 Academic Year for pre-tertiary public schools will
be made available at various media platforms, MoE/IGES websites, and another social media handle.
