The demand for secondary education has increased as a result of high completion rates at the Junior high School level. In response to this, several new public schools have been provided, whilst facilities in existing schools have been upgraded.
Trends in school placement from the Computer Schools Selection and Placement System (CSSPS)
indicate some disparity in the selection of schools. Students overwhelmingly choose the popular but few traditionally high-performing schools thereby leading to oversubscription of these schools.
Many schools that have significantly improved in recent years remain unknown and undersubscribed.
We believe that this anomaly is partly due to the lack of information available to students and parents.

History Of Saviour Senior High School Osiem

It is a Government-Assisted Senior High established by the Saviour Church of Ghana under the able leadership of the General Superintendent of the
Church, Hon. Opanin Abraham Kwaku Adusei in 2013/2014 academic when it started operating as a private school. It started with a student population of 270. Approval was finally given by the Ghana Education Service to operate as Public Senior High on 13th April 2016. The school is located on the premises of the Headquarters of Saviour Church of
Ghana at Osiem-Akim in the Eastern Region.

VISION
We aspire to become Ghana’s favorite Senior High school and one of the best recognized and preferred schools in Africa and the world at large.

MISSION
We aim to rise above the ordinary through the provision of academic excellence and moral uprightness in a Christian environment, training the youth in the fear of the Lord.
