WAEC postpones 2021 BECE Results release date, check the new date announced on Friday by WAEC to upload the results online

The Information gathered has indicated that the Management of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) has postponed the 2021 BECE results release date as announced earlier on by the Minister Of Education, Dr.Yaw Osei Adutwum.

The Minister Of Education has earlier assured 2021 Basic Education Certificate Examination ( BECE) Candidates that WAEC has disclosed to him that the results of candidates who sat for the national examination will be released by the end of February 2022.

But the Minister of Education on Friday, 25th February 2022 told an Accra-based Television that the management of the West African Examination Council said that 2021 BECE results for candidates who sat for the exam will be released by the first week of March 2022.

According to the Minister, the postponement of the 2021 BECE results is to enable WAEC to finalize the processes leading to the release of the 2021 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) results.

“The BECE results should have been released by now but the West African Exams Council has urged us to give them some time to finalize the results process, so by end of the first week of March will be out,” Dr.Yaw Osei Further started

Visit the West African Examination Council Official Website:https://ghana.waecdirect.org/
•enter your index number in the spaces provided
•Select the Type of Examination (e.g. BECE).
•Select your Examination Year eg. 2003.
•Enter the Serial Number found on the Voucher.
•Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Voucher eg. 012345678912.
•Confirm your Index Number and Examination Year. This is to ensure that your examination information is correct.
Click on Submit and wait for the display in the popup window. This may take several minutes.
