A National Service personnel (24 years old) has lured and defiled three (3) pupils with extra class, “bait” from his class. The Bibiani Circuit Court has remanded him.

The accused, Mr. Bismark Ansa is a Basic two (2) teacher at Sehwi Asawinso Methodist Primary B located in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality, Western-North Region.

Reports have it that the accused organized extra class for his class pupils at his home under the excuse of finishing the syllabus with them.

It was also reported that his excuse was not known to the school authorities. Simply, he decided on the blind side of the school.

The pupils in this case are aged between eight (8) and nine (9).

Mr. Bismark Ansa engaged in sexual intercourse with those minors and threaten to kill them if they disclose the act to anyone.

A few weeks after (2 weeks), the parents of the victims identified some abnormal blood discharges from the private part of their daughters and queried them.

After numerous interrogations, the victims out-let what transpired between them and the suspect, Mr. Bismark Ansa during their extra class session.

The parents reported the case to the police at Sehwi Asawinso where they were issued a medical form. The parents proceeded to the government hospital for examination.

After checks and examinations, it was revealed by the hospital that the victims were defiled.

The accused, Bismark Ansa was arrested and charged with three (3) offenses. He was put before the Bibiani Circuit Court where he is to reappear on Monday, 29th May 2023 after the court delves into the details of the cases.

As it stands now, the victims (the 3 girls) are responding to treatment for quick recovery from the act.
