In 2018, The President of Ghana has rolled out New Bachelor of Education Programs for all Colleges of Education to improve the quality of teachers produced from the Country’s Public Colleges of Education.
Under the New Bachelor of Education, all Colleges of Education are now affiliated to five Public Universities.
These public Universities include the following; the University of Ghana, Legon Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, University of Development Studies, University of Education, Winneba, and the University of Cape Coast.
