The Ministry of Education (MoE) and National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) in consultation are deliberating on the inclusion of worst grades into the admission requirements for tertiary institutions in the country.

University of Ghana accepts students who have D7 on condition. In other to gain admission into University of Ghana, applicants who have D7 will be accepted if only they re-write (NOVDEC), the paper they failed in.
