Dr. Kwame Addo Kufuor – $1.2bn

Born on 14th July 1940, Dr. Kufuor is Professional Medical Doctor who adventured into politics in the year 1997 and has seen himself in active politics till 2009.
He served as a member of parliament from 2001 to 2009
Dr. Kufuor also served few ministerial positions such as Minister for Defense and Minister for Interior affairs during his Brother, Mr. J. A. Kufuor’s administration
He is estimated to be worth $1.2bn.

Mr. John Dramani Mahama – $900m

Mr. Mahama was born on the 29th of November, 1958, and is the first President of Ghana to be born after the independence of the nation.
He is also privileged to serve in almost all the portfolios available in Ghana’s political scene, rising from Member of parliament to Minister to Vice President then to President.
Mr. Mahama served as a Member of Parliament from 1997 to 2008 when was appointed by the late Prof. J. E. A. He is a banker by profession and also a lecturer. Apart from politics, Duffuor runs a series of businesses which include, Insurance, Media, Mining, Farming Banking, and Real Estate His net worth is estimated to be about $680m.

Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom – $410m

Born Joseph Hubster Yorke Jr., Dr. Paa Kwesi served as a Member of Parliament from 2005 – 2009 for the Komenda – Edina – Eguafo – Abirem constituency. He is nicknamed “Adwumawura,” to wit, an Entrepreneur due to how he ventured into several businesses that provided a lot of the youth with jobs. His businesses ranged from Banking, Hospitality to Media.
