When will the 2022 BECE Results Be Released for candidates?

The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has plans for the release of candidates’ results after passing through all the laid down and necessary procedures.

According to the laid down procedures of WAEC, all results have to be released after forty-five (45) days commencing from the end date of the examination.

The recent Basic Education Certificate Education (BECE) ended on Friday the 21st day of October 2022 perhaps, the 45th day would be the 5th day of December 2022 (projected) for the release of the 2022 BECE results.

In considering weekends inclusive, 5th December 2022 marks the 45th but excluding weekends will push the counting of the projected date to 23rd December 2022.

Since the emergence of COVID-19, administrative functions globally have an inch of delaying their normal routine activities hence, if results delay, parents, students, and institutions among others in need of the BECE results should kindly bare with WAEC and expect the results on 19th January 2023.
