COMMUNIQUE ON LEVEL 400 FIRST SEMESTER FEEDING COMPONENT

Accept warm greetings from the leadership of the Students’ Representative Council. We write to inform all level 400s on issues concerning the first-semester feeding component and other matters of concern.

FEEDING COMPONENT

Upon further consultations on the feeding component, the leadership has been informed that all level 400 students will be refunded the amount due provided you are not owing. However, College Management proposes that College will deduct the graduation fee from the feeding component and refund any balance to each student (Level 400).

GRADUATION FEE

On the graduation fee, College Management is yet to decide the actual amount students will pay. College Management assured that the amount would be made known to students before the end of the final exams.

GRADUATION GOWN Students are encouraged to make payment of their S.R.C charges for the academic year i.e GH€125.00 which has a component of GH¢100.00 as the graduation gown. The leadership of the council has been directed by College management to submit a list of those owing for the necessary deductions before the commencement of the end-of-semester exams. The leadership has decided to submit the list of those owing (S.R.C charges) on 7th October 2022.
According to College Management, the processing of the graduation gown is underway.
Given the above, the leadership entreats all level 400s to remain calm and resolute as leadership seeks redress on issues concerning the feeding component refund.
