How do I get an APEC Business travel card?
Since APEC travel card was designed to facilitate trades in among some listed member countries, you can only be eligible to apply when when you possess a valid passport from any of the listed member countries of APEC. Also, you can apply when you are a resident (permanent) of Hong Kong, China and free from criminal charges.
