NSS Announces New For submission of annual evaluation for certification

The Executive body of the National Service Personnel Association has urged its members to complete and submit an annual evaluation form to fasten the processing of their national service certificate.

In the release signed by Racheal Serwaa Kissi (Gen. Secretary), Patrick Adu-Baah (President), and Patience Brenda Addo (P.R.O), they indicated that their members should kindly complete the process of submitting the annual form before August 15, 2022.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION

ALL National Service Personnel are entreated to submit the form before August 15, 2022.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Follow the online guide below to submit your annual evaluation form HERE.

HOW TO FILL NSS EVALUATION FORM ONLINE

log in to your dashboard via https://portal.nss.gov.gh/sign-in.
Enter your email address used during the registration.
Enter your password: your default password is your NSS pin code which should be typed in capital letters.
Confirm details if correct or/ Request correction if otherwise, then print your Annual Evaluation for the processing of your Certificate.
Send the annual evaluation forms to your head of department or immediate supervisor to complete the assessment forms.
Send the completed assessment form to your NSS district office.

NB: Your password remains your usual password for logging onto the NSS dashboard.
